No person under the age of 18 years will be allowed to consume intoxicating liquor on the Association premises and persons under the age of 16 years must vacate the Association’s premises at a time determined by the general management Committee.
a. The Association’s premises shall be open 7 days per week, at such times that may be periodically considered expedient by the General Management Committee.
b. The exception to this rule is Christmas Day and Good Friday, when the premises will close all day.
c. The maximum permitted hours for the sale of intoxicating liquor shall be determined by the General Management Committee, in accordance with the current licensing laws.
a. Any Full or Associate Member may introduce a guest or guests and shall sign the Visitors Book and pay any appropriate fee due.
b. Such persons may be admitted to the Association premises and intoxicating liquor may be supplied to them for consumption on the premises, subject to the right of the General management Committee to refuse admission.
c. Any person who is eligible to become a member of the association and has not exercised his/her option, will not under any pretext whatsoever, use any of the Association’s facilities.
d. Any person, other than members or guests of members, shall be admitted to the Association’s premises in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Act 1964. They should be permitted to use all the Association’s premises including the purchase of intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises. The class of persons to be so admitted, are as follows ;
(i) Members of visiting teams taking part in an activity of the Association and it’s affiliated sports organisations.
(ii) Members of visiting Police Forces.
(i) Prison Officer.
(iv) Members of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.
(v) Members of the Magistrates Clerks Department.
