12.        OFFICERS OF THE ASSOCIATION

           a.         The officers of the Association, with the exception of the Honorary Secretary,
shall be elected annually by the General Management Committee at their first meeting immediately after the Annual General Meeting.
b.         The Honorary Secretary shall initially serve a twelve month period; if re-elected, a  further
           two year period and thereafter for two year periods, after re-elected.
           c.         Officers, when elected, shall become ex-officio members of any committee or section
           committee on which thy are entitled to serve and shall remain so throughout their term of
           office.
           d.         Officers of the Association may be removed by a vote of the General Management
           Committee.
           e.         Officers will be entitled to be considered for re-election, following a term of office.

13.       DUTIES OF OFFICERS OF THE ASSOCIATION

a.         The duty  of the Honorary Secretary shall be to keep records of the  proceedings,
read over the minutes to the previous meeting, preserve all documents and copies of official correspondence, write and reply to all communications and at the expiration of his/her term of office, deliver up to the General Management Committee all monies, books, records, documents and property in his/her custody belonging to the Association. The General Manager shall assist and deputise, when appropriate.

b.         The Honorary Secretary shall account to the General Management Committee
for all transactions in the course of his/her duties. The General Manager shall assist and deputise, when appropriate.

c.         The Honorary Secretary shall be responsible for the preparation of the Annual  Report.

d.        The Honorary Secretary shall be entitled to hold a sum of money, to be known as
           the Petty Cash Float. Determined by the General Management Committee. No other cash
           expenditure shall be incurred without the permission of the General Management Committee.
           Responsibility for the accountability of the Petty Cash Float shall be delegated to the General
           Manager.

e.         The Honorary Secretary shall be responsible for the implementation of all Health and Safety
            policies throughout the Association. The General Manager shall assist and deputise, when
           appropriate.

f.          The Treasurer shall keep a correct  record of all the finances under his/her care
and control and shall submit a report to each General Management  Committee and the Annual Audited statement of Accounts, to the Annual General meeting.

g.         At the expiration of his/her term of office, the treasurer shall deliver to the General
           Management Committee all monies, books, records, documents and property in his/her
           custody belonging to the Association.

h.         Apart from small Petty Cash payments, all accounts shall be paid by the Treasurer by cheque       direct debit or standing order
